Aero Brake & Spares (AB&S), our customers, and all applicable regulatory agencies have the right to enter the supplier’s facility to review all processes and records that relate to this order with appropriate notification and planned arrangements.
MANUFACTURERS must provide Certification of Material, Processing & Production with Signature, Title and Date. All others must provide standard C of C showing traceability to Manufacturer. Conformance records showing that the items listed above meet specifications are required for each different line item.
All suppliers must maintain conformance and traceability records regarding the product or service provided in regard to this order.
All special processes required by this PO must be performed by qualified personnel.
Any differences between what is listed above and what is provided by the supplier must be clearly identified, communicated and approved by AB&S prior to shipping.
Suppliers are not, under any circumstance, granted MRB authority to alter the product characteristics and designs of AB&S designed products.
Detection of a nonconforming product regarding any order (currently in work or previously shipped) must be promptly communicated to our quality department for risk assessment.
If any of this order is outsourced to your suppliers, all applicable requirements and specifications must be communicated (including all applicable key characteristics) to each sub-tier supplier used.
All suppliers must maintain conformance and process records for no less than 7 years.
MANUFACTURERS must maintain all production documentation for no less than 7 years.
MANUFACTURERS must have a preventive maintenance program and control all CNC programs used in the fulfillment of this order.
MANUFACTURERS must obtain Aero Brake approval for any changes to the process that could affect product quality prior to implementation.
Vendors performing CALIBRATION services must provide certificates that list NIST number used, received tolerance, actual measurements taken, any adjustments made, and reference to applicable calibration standards (ANSI Z540).
